In addition, be aware that Honorlock requires that you work only on a current version of Chrome web browser.  Sometimes Mac users accidentally use Safari or Firefox.  However, Honorlock only works with Chrome and requires an extension to run.  I would encourage you to try the following steps:

1. Check to make sure you have the most current version of Chrome available for your system (even if it is a little older).

2. Completely clear the web browser history and cache before attempting the exam.

3. Follow the prompts with Honorlock to install the needed extensions.

4. Use Honorlock's chat and support (integrated into Blackboard).

Lastly, make sure that the tool is properly configured by your instructors.  We are encountering some instances where instructors don't have the test properly configured.  Make sure it is just you having the issue and not the entire class.
