For users unable to submit a self-service ticket: Please contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@lewisu.edu or 815-836-5950. When sending an email to the Service Desk, please include your name, Lewis ID number, and screenshot of the error message. This will assist in processing the request in a timely manner.
